1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using the 55200 platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 55200 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

The 55200 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful in their place of residence.

2. Account Creation and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 55200 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. 55200 reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time. Failure to provide accurate information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity conducted under your login credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 55200 support team immediately.

Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
Use a strong, unique password that is different from your other accounts.
Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
Keep your account information up to date if your phone number or email address changes.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

All 55200 platform users are required to comply with the usage rules set out herein. Any attempt to cheat, manipulate the gaming system, exploit software bugs, or disrupt platform operations is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55200 platform:

Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play or interact with the platform.
Colluding with other players to cheat in head-to-head games.
Registering an account using false identification or another person's details.
Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
Posting offensive, threatening, or defamatory content targeting other users or 55200 staff.
Transferring funds between accounts without prior written approval from 55200 management.

55200 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension or closure, against any user who violates these rules.

4. Payment Information and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the 55200 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay, and interbank transfers within Malaysia.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the chosen payment method. All deposit limits are clearly stated during the deposit process. 55200 does not charge additional fees for deposits; however, third-party financial institutions may apply their own charges.

For withdrawals, users are required to complete full identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account that has been registered and verified in the same name as the 55200 account holder.

55200 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use. In such cases, 55200 will notify the user and may request additional supporting documents.

Important Note on Bonuses

All bonuses and promotions at 55200 are subject to separate rollover requirements. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions have been met. Specific terms for each promotional offer are available on the Promotions.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

Liability Limits

55200 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. 55200's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

This platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 55200 makes no guarantee that the platform will be continuously available or free from technical errors. Scheduled or unplanned maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and other materials on the 55200 platform are the exclusive property of 55200 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 55200.

Third-Party Links

The 55200 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. 55200 does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Users who access external links do so at their own risk.

Account Policy — Suspension and Closure

55200 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for platform security reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to any compensation for balances that may be affected as a result.

6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

55200 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay up to date with the latest terms.

Notice of material changes to these terms will be communicated via your registered email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform following such notice will be considered your acceptance of the amended terms.

These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through mutual negotiation shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the rest of the terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
